The informacon of William. Smyth< no role > of three foote Alleyin old Gravill Lane in the
parish if stepney in the County of middx Sawyer taken upon oth before me
robert Hastings< no role > Esqr one of their Maties. Justices of ye peace for the Sd County of
Middx this: 14th: Day of Aprill 1690

This informt Saith that betweene: 3: & 4: of the Clock this morning he being in bedd
& awake heard Anoyse about his pailes also heard Sombody gett ever the pailes into
his yeard & goe into his shedds; whereupon he awake & went into his yeard & firmed his
yeard dore upon, he went to the dore aforesd Shutt itt & Sett his back against itt upon the same
one Honer Allen< no role > of Church Lane , in the pish of in White Chappell , And Sarah Combride< no role > of
the same place Iclued out of his shedds , and sett upon on him, and threw him Creste A
well which was in his yeard there, And madel their escape from him (& as soone as) Ae
recovered himselfe, he called out the ever & pursued them They being Stopped by the
neighbourhood, he Carryed them back a gaine to his yeard, and hedd his wife goe & fee
what was taken away att here torne She told him two P of Stockins Rid A frame saw recovered
& laide halfe in & halfe out [..] of his Shedd dore.

The Exaiacon of Honer Allen aforesd ye wife of John Allen< no role > marr taken
before me the Said Robert Hastings< no role > the day yeare aforesaid

This Exaiant Saith that she & one Sarah Combride< no role > aforesd went into three foote
Alley aforesd togather up raggs, And found the aforesd Smyths yeard dore open
& went in there to looke for raggs, And denyeth do rest.

raggs And goeing Downe ye Alley aforesd found the dore open as aforesd. & that the sd Honer Allin< no role >
told her that there was A Dung hill in the aforesd Willm. smyth< no role > yeard so they
went into ye yeard to looke for raggs, & the man came & found them there And
denyeth the rest.
