Whereas on Frances Flye< no role > Widdow and relict of John Flye< no role > late of
new Perentford in the County of Middx Laborer decd togeather with
her two Children were Conveyed from new Brentford aforesaid to the
parish of Puttney in this County by colour of a warrant or order
[..] deteds the & Sixth of October last rndr the hands & Seales
of Henry Haroley< no role > Esqr and Nicholas Grice< no role > Esqr two of their and Maties Justices
of the Peace of the tend County of Middx on Prtence that the said
John Flye. had came to in herbitt in Brentford aforesaid since the
[..] if the Act of Parliament which Continueth the Act made
for releife of the Poore in the xij r & xiij r yeares of the regine
of the lace King Charls the second not her ceing taken any
Tenemt there of the yearely wallne of ptr And not haveing
given any notice writeing to the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poore of Brentford aforesaid according to the direccons
of the late Act of Parliament in that behalfe made, on on
Complaint now made unto this Court by and on the behalfe
of the said Pish of Puttney in the prsence of the Churchwardens
and Overssers of the poore of Brentford aforesaid or some of
them and on haveing of Councell on both sides and of severall
wittnesses on oath Itt appeared to this Court That the said
[..] or Inhabited within the sand Pish of
putting att any time within first yeares last [..] And that [..]
[..] divert peaceable and without any disturbance or Complaint
in Brentford aforesaid for about one yeare and an halfe next
before his Death and had done sevall publique Dutyes there as an
Inhabitant of Brentford And whether such notice in writeing were
given by the said John Flye as the said late Act directs (hee or
being dead) could not bee now Conveniently examined
And itt not being attend [..] by the said warrant that the
said Frances Flye and her Children were life to bee chargeable
to the Inhabitants of the Thorne of Brentford aforesaid Itt
