Order that the Sum of Sixty pounds part thereof be
forthwith paid unto the petitioner by Thomas Jones< no role >
Gentl Treasurer of the Monies raised within the
Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in this
County for the passing of Vagrants, And that the
receipt of the peticoner together with this Order or a
true coppy thereof shall be a sufficient discharge
to the said Treasurer for such payment.

Order for applying
the rents of the
estate belonging
to the County of
Middx towards
repaymt. of
moneys borrow'd
of Trears.

Whereas divers sumes of money have been
by vertue of severall Orders of the Generall
& Quarter Sessions of the peace of this County
advanced by way of loane upon severall
occasions by the respective Trears of the
moneys reced for the releife of maimed
Soldiers & Mariners & for the Marshalsea Kings
bench & hospitalls or other Trears, which
Sumes have been applyed towards the
repaireing of Chertsea bridge & the Sessions
house called Hicks hall in St John Street in
this County or other particular purposes,
And this Court being of opinion that such
moneys ought to be refunded to the said
Trears Doth Order that the annuall rents
of the estate belonging to this County to be
hereafter reced shall (after deduccon of
the disbursmts. thereout) be applyed for
refinding & paying back to the Sd. Trears
such moneys as have been or shall be
borrowed of them for such purposes as
aforesaid,
