It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recommended and referred unto Sr. Daniel Dolins< no role >
Knight and Narcissus Luttrell< no role > Esquire Justices of
the Peace for this County to take and adjust the
Accompt of Robert Hardisty< no role > Gentleman Deputy
Clerk of the Peace of this County of the Colt Money
Honour money and Sockett money by him received
of the Justices of the Peace of this County, and how
the same or any part thereof hath been disposed
off, and how much of the said money is resting
in the hands of the said Robert Hardisty< no role > , And
to report a State of the said Accompt unto his
Majestys Justices of the Peace to be assembled at
the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
to be holden for this County,

This Court being informed that the Burgesses with in
the City and Liberty of Westminster in this County doe
Keep Courts and Sett fines on severall of his Majestys
liege Subjects in habiteing within the said Liberty
and also appoint Scavengers make Rates & Collect
great Sumes of money on pretence of cleaning
the Streets within the said Liberty without any
