proposed to the said Referrees<lb></lb>
that a New Lease be granted to them the said Trustees<lb></lb>
and Persons so interested and concerned or such other<lb></lb>
Sufficient Persons as shall be nominated by them from<lb></lb>
the Trustees of this County for the Term of Ninety Nine<lb></lb>
Years from Michaelmas One thousand Seven hundred<lb></lb>
and Nineteen at the rent of Thirty pounds per Annum<lb></lb>
clear of all Taxes and under the like Covenants and<lb></lb>
Agreements as in the present Lease of the said premisses,<lb></lb>
And that in consideration of such New Lease the<lb></lb>
Same of One hundred pounds shall be paid to the <lb></lb>
Justices of peace and Trustees for this County for the<lb></lb>
publique uses thereof as a Fine or Income upon<lb></lb>
Sealing such new Lease, And that in case the paid<lb></lb>
Workhouse shall at any time during the Term in<lb></lb>
such New Lease be converted or applyed to any other<lb></lb>
use then it is now put to without the consent of the<lb></lb>
Justices of the peace of this County in Sessions, that then<lb></lb>
the Lessees in such new Lease to be granted shall<lb></lb>
either pay a further Fine of One hundred pounds or<lb></lb>
Surrender the said new Lease and Term so to be granted,<lb></lb>
Save only that the present Tenements (part of the<lb></lb>
said Premisses) as now divided and lett out may be<lb></lb>
continued as they are or converted into Workhouses or <lb></lb>
otherwise as the said Lessees shall think fitt, And<lb></lb>
that the said Referrees do approve of the said<lb></lb>
proposalls,<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
are of Opinion that it will be for<lb></lb>
the benefit of this County to grant such new Lease<lb></lb>
on the Terms aforesaid, In regard of the publick<lb></lb>
Use to which it is applyed and of the great Charge<lb></lb>
and Expences which will be necessary to be laid out</p>
