several Bills and Demands appearing to your
Committee to be just and true It is their Opinion
that the same ought forthwith to be Paid.

Mr.. Samuel Skinner< no role > the Contractor for supplying
the Prisoners in the House of Correction at Clerkenwell with
Butchers Meat< no role > having prayed the Court to make him some
Allowance for the losses sustained by him under the said
Contract in Consequence of the Rise in the price of Butchers
Meat and having produced a written Statement of his
losses to the Court It is Ordered That the same be
referred to the Committee of Accounts to be Examined
and that the said Committee do Report their Opinion
thereon to the Court and that in the mean time the said
Samuel Skinner< no role > be Allowed and Paid the sum of Two.
hundred Pounds on Account of the losses sustained by
him as aforesaid.
