to keep the peace in the County aforesaid and also
to hear and Determine divers Felonies Trespasses
and other Misdemeanours Committed in the
same County.

This Court taking into Consideration the
present High Price of Bread are Unanimously of
Opinion that it is proper in Order to Alleviate as
much as possible the difficulties Occasioned thereby to
adopt the General use of Standard Wheaten Bread and
