Report Resolved as it is a County Birdge, that the<lb></lb>
Trustees of this Turnpike have nothing to do with it<lb></lb>
except keeping the Pavement and the Posts and Rails<lb></lb>
between the footway and Carriage way and the side Walls<lb></lb>
in repair by virtue of a Contract some years ago entered<lb></lb>
into with the County by Order of Sessions, for which Ten<lb></lb>
Guineas Yearly are paid out of the County Rate of this<lb></lb>
Trust. That a Copy of their Surveyors Report with a<lb></lb>
Copy of this Minute relative to the said Bridge be sent<lb></lb>
to the Clerk of the peace desiring him to lay it before the<lb></lb>
Magistrates at the next Sessions and requesting that<lb></lb>
the County Surveyor be immediately sent down to view<lb></lb>
the Works that are going on that he may be able to<lb></lb>
Report his Opinion to the Magistrates and in the mean<lb></lb>
time take such measures as he may think proper<lb></lb>
to prevent any damage to the said Bridge.</p>
