Mr. Hinley to whom it was referred on the County day of the
present Session to procure a Person to serve the Prisoners in New
Prison and the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell
in this County with
Bread having reported that in consequence of the said reference he had
applied to Mr John Marsh< no role >
Baker
of Clerkenwell Green
who had
engaged to serve the said Prisons with Bread and allow the Discount of
£5 P Cent as settled by the Court Ordered that the said John
Marsh be appointed to serve the Prisoners in New Prison
and the
House of Correction
at Clerkenwell
with Bread until the County day of the
next Session he undertaking to allow a Discount upon the Assize price of
£5 P Cent.
