At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the
Session House for the said County (by adjournment) one
Thursday the Twelfth day of January in the Thirty second
year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King

Justices Etc

The Commissioners for Paving at the Parish of St. James Clerkenwell
in this County having sent a Deputation to inform this Court that they are
desirous of removing the present Watchhouse upon Clerkenwell Green if the Court
would give them about 8 yards by 10 yards of the Quakers Ground at the
extremity thereof in Corporation Row and the Court having considered the
same

Resolved that it will be improper to comply with the request
of the said Commissioners.

By Adjournment same day.

Joseph Burchell< no role > Esqr . the Treasurer for the County having
stated to the Court that William Field< no role > late one of the High Constables of
Edmonton Hundred in this County had neglected to pay that part of the
County Rate received by him It is Ordered by the Court that the
said William Field< no role > do attend the Justices for the said County in Session
assembled on Thursday the Sixteenth day of February next (being the
County day of the next Session) at the Session House on Clerkenwell Green
