Resolved that the Ballot for the Election of a proper Person
to succeed the said Thomas Reynolds< no role >
commence at Ten o Clock in the
Forenoon and Close at Two o Clock in the Afternoon of the same day
And that 'notice thereof be given by Advertizement.

It being Represented to this Court that the New Paving of the
Carriage Way of the Saint James's Haymarket
will be completed in a
few days and it appearing to this Court that the Treasurer of the
Haymarket
Fund has a Balance in his Hands of £1351..15s..6d
Resolved that the Haymarket
Committee appointed on
Thursday the Fifth day of May last or any three or more of them be
empowered to Draw upon and receive from the said Treasurer and whole
or any part of the said Sum and to appropriate the same towards
defraying the Expences incurred by them in Paving the said Street
Resolved that the above Resolution be laid His
Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in
Session Assembled for their concurrence.
