<p n="3993">The Treasurer of the County having informed the<lb></lb>
Court that Mr Leslie the High Constable for Westminster division in<lb></lb>
this County was greatly in Arrear in his Payments of the Monies<lb></lb>
received by him for the County Rate made in April Session last<lb></lb>
Ordered that the Clerk of the Peace do write a Letter to Mr Leslie<lb></lb>
to desire his Attendance on the Court here on Saturday next at Three<lb></lb>
Clock in the Afternoon precisely to answer for his conduct in the Promises</p>
<p n="3994">By Adjournment same day</p>
<p n="3995">Two Letters from Samuel Bennett Secretary to the<lb></lb>
Committee for carrying His Majestys Proclamation against Vice and<lb></lb>
Immorality into effect which were laid before the Court at the last Session<lb></lb>
and referred for consideration this day being now read as follows Vizt.</p>
<p n="3996">To the Clerk of the Peace</p>
<p n="3997">Sir,</p>
<p n="3998">"I am desired by the Committee of the Society for<lb></lb>
"carrying His Majestys Proclamation against Vice and Immorality<lb></lb>
"into effect, to inclose to you two Copies of a Letter; which the Society has<lb></lb>
"thought proper to circulate among its Members, relative to the and<lb></lb>
"mischievous practice of paying Workmens Wages at a Public House.</p>
