having been delivered by them to the Chairman and presented to the
Court Vizt.

The Memorial of several of the Inhabitants and Proprietors
of Lands and Tenements in the Parishes of Isleworth
Twickenham
and
the parts adjacent within the said County
Sheweth
That at a certain place in the said Parish of
Isleworth
commonly called the Rails Head in the Public Highway leading
from Isleworth
aforesaid The Market Town of Brentford
, and other places
adjacent to Twickenham
, Richmond, and all the parts of Surry adjoining
thereto, a certain Stream or Water course crosses the said Highway, which
Stream is composed of the conflux of two Rivulets, that run from
