as to the propriety of Allowing the Charges contained
in the above Accounts for the Servants that are employed
only for the purpose of Attending the Magistrates Office to
convey prisoners to the Goal and back again Laws that
it proper to in form the Court thereof

Resolved that the said Report be and the same
is hereby confirmed.
And It is Ordered that the Clerk of the peace
do Issue the proper Orders upon the Treasurer of this
County for the Payment of the several Sums of
Money Mentioned in the said Report to he due to
the Several Persons therein mentioned amounting to ye
to the Sum of £670:0:6
Resolved That the Consideration of the
Charge for Extra Men employed at the Prisons for
the purpose of Attending the Magistrates Offices for
conveying of prisoners to the Goal and back again
be referred to the Commee of Accounts to Consider
the same to report their Opinion thereon to the
Court.
