The following Report of the Committee appointed to settle the Dispute<lb></lb>
relative to the Ground before the Session House etc being laid before the <lb></lb>
Court and the same being read as follows Vizt.</p>

in their General Session of the peace assembled<lb></lb>
"holden for the said County in the Month of May 1785.</p>

to settle the Dispute relative to the Ground<lb></lb>
before the Session House and also to Consider<lb></lb>
of a proper method of in closing the Ground <lb></lb>
belonging to this County round the Session house<lb></lb>
and paving the same and also to Consider<lb></lb>
whether a Way cannot be made for the Grand Jury<lb></lb>
to come into Court without Coming in under the<lb></lb>
Stairs as they now do and whether better<lb></lb>
accomodation cannot be provided for the<lb></lb>
Witnesses attending this Court and the Grand<lb></lb>
Jury and also whether a Ventilator can be<lb></lb>
conveniently fixed in over the Court for the <lb></lb>
purpose of rendering the same more Airy and <lb></lb>
wholesome and such other matters as they may <lb></lb>
think necessary to be done in and about the <lb></lb>
said Session house.</p>
