for the approbation and appointment of His Majestys Justices
of the Peace for this County on the County day of next Session
a fit and proper person for the said Office of High Constable
within the said Hundred

By adjournment same day

It being represented to this Court that the Pavement
of the Carriage way of the Saint James Haymarket in this
County is greatly out of repair It is Ordered that
Mr. William Staines< no role > the Contractor for repairing and keeping
in repair the Pavement of the Carriage way of the said Saint
James Haymarket do upon receipt hereof cause the said
Haymarket to be forthwith repaired according to the Conditions
of the Contract [..] tered into by him with His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex and City and
Liberty of Westminster .
