This Court [..] Consideration the necessity
of repairing a Rebuild the P [..] for this County or the Erection
of a [..] one and [..] Surveyor being called in
several [..] cerning the state and condition
of the present Building [..] substance having answered
as follows (Vizt.) That [..] Walls of the present house are
in a very ruinous sh [..] and very rotten owing to
a gradual decay that [..] what out of the upwright and
are much too this that the roofes also in a very bad state and that
upon the whole from the condition of the internal Walls as well as
the External the whole house ought rather to be rebuilt than repaired
[..] Motion was then made and seconded that the Session house
for this County be repaired which was carried in the negative
