"and in part infirm and that they apprehend their health may be
"materially Agreed & other obvious inconveniences may arise from a nar [..]

"therefore hoped that the Justices will not look on the Society's declining
"their Proposal in a disrespectful Light or, as if they wished to imped [..]

Ordered that a Letter be sent to the Committee of the
Quakers School and Workhouse desiring to know if they are willing
to part with the whole of their Ground and Premises in Lease to
them from the County and at what Price.

Enquire whether any
[..] of Ground can
had in the Vicinity
the session house for
[..] erection of a House
correction thereon}

Resolved that a Committee be appointed to Enquire
whether any Spot of Ground can be had in the vicinity of the
Session House proper for the erection of a House of Correction and
upon what Terms it may be had that the following Gentlemen
together with any other of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for
this County who may choose to attend be such Committee Vizt.
