Resolved that a Committee be appointed to wait upon
his Grace with the above request that the said Committee consent
of Six of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for this County and
that the following Gentlemen be such Committee Vizt. William

Esqr. any three to be a Quorum.
Resolved that the Clerk of the Peace
do wait upon his
Grace to Know when it will be agreeable for him to receive the
said Committee and that he do inform the Members of the
Committee of the time his Grace shall appoint:
Resolved unanimously that each of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace
be requested to subscribe a Guinea
towards defraying the expence that may attend the
entertainment of the Custos Rotulorum upon the above occasion
Resolved that the Committee above appointed [..]
requested and they are hereby empowered to order regulate
and conduct the intended entertainment above mentioned
in every respect whatsoever
