Resolved that a Committee be appointed to wait upon
his Grace with the above request that the said Committee consent
of Six of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County and
that the following Gentlemen be such Committee Vizt. William
Mainwaring< no role > Esqr. The Resd. Sir George Booth< no role > Bart. John
Lewis< no role > Esqr. Charles Sheppard< no role > Esqr. John Croft< no role > Esqr. and Thomas
Parker< no role > Esqr. any three to be a Quorum.

Resolved that the Clerk of the Peace do wait upon his
Grace to Know when it will be agreeable for him to receive the
said Committee and that he do inform the Members of the
Committee of the time his Grace shall appoint:

Resolved unanimously that each of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace be requested to subscribe a Guinea
towards defraying the expence that may attend the
entertainment of the Custos Rotulorum upon the above occasion

Resolved that the Committee above appointed [..]
requested and they are hereby empowered to order regulate
and conduct the intended entertainment above mentioned
in every respect whatsoever

Middlesex

To His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace holden in and
for the said County at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street (by
adjournment) on Thursday the Sixteenth day of May in the
Twenty Second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Third King of Great Britain Etc assembled.
