Mr Colepeper produced the following Letter Vizt.

Sir
I am sorry the Gentleman
had so much trouble
in surveying my premises in Saint John Square
I believe my
demand was not thought unreasonable by their Surveyor
The two Houses in Saint John Street
next the Church
Yard I wish to keep & I will sell the Freehold with Mr. Jeffreys
Houses next the Gateway in Saint John Street
for Two Thousand Six
Hundred Pounds
It You approve of the above I shall Esteem it a favor
if You will read this Letter to the Gentleman

and having desired in Conformity to the Request Contained in the
said Letter that the same might be read the said Letter was publickly
read Accordingly

This Court being informed that Joseph Smith< no role >
of the High Court
of the hundred of Edmonton is dead and Richard Hewit< no role >
of Edmond
being recommended to the Court by the Justices of the peace acting in the
Division as a proper person to succeed the said Joseph Smith< no role >
in the said
Office It is Ordered that Richard Hewitt< no role >
of Edmonton
Gentleman
be and he is hereby appointed one of the High Constables of the hundred
of Edmonton And it is further Ordered that the said Richard
Hewitt< no role >
do forthwith upon Receipt of this Order repair to Cadwaladr
Boker Esqr. or to some one other of his Majestys Justices of the peace
acting in the said Hundred and then and there take the proper and [..]
