was contractor for conveying tagrants for the County of Mid
-dlesex near seventeen Years that he the said

been for near Sixteen Years last past constantly resident with and
Assistant to his father in such business and did on the
County day in last Session present an humble petitioner
praying to be admitted Contractor in the stead of his late
father and now praying to be permitted to continue the
Contract for conveying such Vagrants according to his forme

prayer and the Court taking the Premises into Considerat

be admitted to
Convey the Vagrants in through and out of this County
upon the same terms and conditions and under the sa

Gardens have advertized that they shall exhibit Fire
Works the approaching Season under a License from the Board of
Ordnance notwithstanding the order of the Court made in
Michaelmas Session last upon their application for a License under
the Statute for regulating places of public entertainment It is ordered
