<p n="999">Whereas at the General Quarter Session of the Peace<lb></lb>

on Monday the seventeenth<lb></lb>
day of February last past It was Presented by the Grand<lb></lb>
Jury of the said County (amongst other things) that a certain part<lb></lb>
of the County Bridge commonly called <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55605_geo891">Brentford Bridge</rs>

in the said County then was and<lb></lb>
for some time past had been in decay and want of Reparation<lb></lb>
for that the Posts and Rails seperating the Footway from the<lb></lb>
Carriage way were very Ruinous that it was become necessary<lb></lb>
to put up New ones and that the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55605_geo893">East End of the said Bridge</rs>

was very Narrow and Incomedious which might be remedied<lb></lb>
by laying the Foot Path on the South Side of the said Bridge into<lb></lb>
the Carriage Way and making a New foot bridge of Timber on the<lb></lb>
Outside of the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55605_geo894">South Wall</rs>

and Whereas His Majestys Justices<lb></lb>
of the peace in General Sessions Assembled have resolved and<lb></lb>
directed that the said Public Bridge be Repaired and such<lb></lb>
Additional Foot Bridge or way made as recommended by the<lb></lb>
said Jury with all Convenient Expedition and Whereas</p>
