Mist then late deceased whereby Weaver was ordered to pay the<lb></lb>
balance then remaining in his hands to the County Treasurer until<lb></lb>
it should appear who was the legal representative of said Mist and<lb></lb>
for a Committee to examine who was the legal Representative</p>

of Weaver the Collector for the Year 1743</p>
