Upon reading the Petition of

One of the High Constable
within the Hundred of Gore
in this County setting forth that he hath
served the said Office upwards of three years And therefore none
praying that he may be discharged form the same Where upon
William Finch< no role >
of the Parish of Harrow
in the said County Gentlemen
being well recommended to this Court as a fit and proper Person to
serve the said Office and residing within the said hundred This
Court doth appoint the said

to be high Constable
within the said hundred of Gore
in the place and stead of
the said
John Dewsall< no role >
and doth Order that the said
William Finch< no role >
doron Notice hereof Attend this Court
upon Thursday next (being the County day of the present
Session) by Twelve of the Clock at Noon for the approbation
of this Court and then and there to take his Oath for the
due Execution of the said Office And from and after the time
of the said

's having taken his Oath in

is to stand
absolutely discharged from being High Constable within
the said Hundred.

according to the prayer of this petition
