By Adjournment on Thursday the Thirteenth Day
of September 1759 .

To pay Jno. White 4 Gnas
for Summong of a Commee}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
pay to Mr. John White< no role > the Sum of Four Gunieas for writing circular Letters
into His Majesty's Justices of the peace of this County to meet as a Committee on
the fourth Day of this Instant and for his Journies and horeshire to deliver
the same And that the Receipt of the said Mr. White together with this
Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment as above.

Sturges Adams

for Subsistance & Lodgmts.
of Vagrants}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
pay to Mr. James Sturges Adams the Sum of two pounds fifteen
Shillings and three pence in full of his Demand for Subsistance of
Vagrants whilst at their Lodgments from the tenth Day of July last
to this Day and that the receipt of the said James Sturges Adams< no role >
together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said
Treasurer for such payment.

To pay Wallbank.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay to Mr. Henry Wallbanck< no role > the Keeper of the House
of Correction at Clerkenwell the Sum of six Shillings and four
pence in full of his Demand for Maintenance of Vagrants committed
to the said House of Correction And that the receipt of the said
Mr. Wallbanck< no role > together with this Order be a sufficient discharge to
the said Treasurer for such payment.
