By adjournment on Thursday the ninth day of December 1756

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay £21.10s.10d to Mr.
Devall

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the
Sum of Twenty one pounds ten Shillings and ten pence which he hath received
for the Toll of the Haymarket in this County, for one Quarter due at Lady day last unto Mr. Devall [..] account of his
Contract concerning the said Haymarket
And that the Receipt of the said Mr.
Devall together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said
Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the ninth day of December 1756.

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay £9. to Mr. John
Wilkins Paviour for keeping
Brenford Bridge in repair.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay unto
Mr. John Wilkins< no role > Paviour the Sum of nine pounds due to him by Contract for keeping
the Pavement of a publick Bridge called Brentford Bridge in this County in good and
sufficient repair for one year ending at Michaelmas 1756 And that the Receipt of
the said John Wilkins< no role > together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the
said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the ninth day of December 1756.

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay £64.10s.0d. to the
Inspectors of the Distempered
Cattle.

An Account being laid before this Court by the Inspectors appointed to endeavor to
put a Stop to the Spreading of the Distemper amongst the Borned Cattle in this County of
moneys alledged to be due to them for their Service the Total of which Account amounts to
the Sum of Sixty four pounds and ten Shillings which Account is as followeth to wit.

1756 being 32 Weeks at 10s. a Week

And it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hands of Bartholomew
Hammond Francis Bedwell and George Greene< no role > Esqr . three of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for this County that they have examined the said Account and that there due to
the said Inspectors for their respective allowances the said Sum of Sixty four
pounds and ten Shillings It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of this County do pay to the said Inspectors respectively the respective Sums of money
above mentioned written over against their respective Names amounting to the said
Sum of Sixty four pounds and ten Shillings And that the respective Receipts of
the said Insepectors together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to
the said Treasurer for such payment.
