hundred and twenty pounds was a reasonable Satisfaction and Compensation for the said Mr.<lb></lb>
Bond for surveying and measuring the Works, employing and paying Bricklayers and<lb></lb>

attending upon the said Works one hundred and four days and five days in<lb></lb>

be allowed to the said Mr. Bond for the same And Mr. <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55602_n629-6">John Higgs</rs>

Sum of forty pounds and the said Mr. Bond charges himself with the receipt of ten<lb></lb>
pounds fifteen shillings for the old Timber so that after a deduction thereof there will<lb></lb>
remain only the sum of sixty nine pounds five shillings due to the said Mr. Bond<lb></lb>
on account of the matters aforesaid And this Court taking the premises into their<lb></lb>
Consideration doth ratify and confirm the said Report and the said Report is<lb></lb>
hereby ratified and confirmed And the said Mr. Bond praying that this Court<lb></lb>
will please to order that the same may be paid unto him, It is thereupon Ordered by<lb></lb>
this Court that the said Mr. Higgs do as soon as he shall have sufficient money in<lb></lb>
his hands for this purpose pay the said sum of Sixty nine pounds and five shillings<lb></lb>
unto the said Mr. Bond in full of his demand on account of the premisses aforesaid<lb></lb>
or any other matter relating to the Middx part of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55602_geo1069">Chertsea Bridge</rs>
