referred) or any three or more of them to inspect and peruse the
Said Bills, and to examine if the Work and repairs Irons and
other Matters therein charged are done in a Substantial and
Workmanlike Manner, and if the Prices therein Set down are
reasonable and Such as ought to be allowed and to State
how much is due to each Workman, And to make their Report
touching the Premisses unto this Court.

Order concerning
the Meeting of Justices
of the Peace in order
to Suppress Tottenham
Court Fair.}

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in
St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday
the eleventh Day of July in the nineteenth year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great

Esqrs . and other their Fellows Justices of our Said Lord the King
assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also to
hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other
Misdeeds committed in the Same County,

Upon Consideration of the Resolutions made Sometime
Since by the Justices of the Peace for this County residing
in Holborn Division relating to the Suppressing of a pretended
Fair called Tottenham Court Fair and the Order made
the last Quarter Sessions by this Court relating thereto and which Said order was by this Court directed to be
and hath Since been printed, This Court doth recommend
is to the Justices of Peace residing in the the Said Division
that they do meet at the House called the Adam and
Eve in Tottenham Court Road near to Tottenham Court
