that the Said house (ever Since the Petitioner has been Keeper of the Said<lb></lb>
Prison) has been very much out of Repair and constantly decaying<lb></lb>
insomuch that the Wood work, Roof, and Foundation are quite decayed<lb></lb>
and rotten that it is dangerous and hazardous to the Lives of any Persons<lb></lb>
to go into the Same, or in a high Wind to go by the Same into the Said<lb></lb>

, Several parts having lately blown down, And that unless<lb></lb>
the Said House is taken down there is great reason to believe that<lb></lb>
Some part of it will fall on the Said Prison and thereby demolish<lb></lb>
that part it Shall So fall on and Kill the People therein, And that<lb></lb>
the wooden Fence or pailing of the Said Prison which confines the<lb></lb>
Prisoners from the Petitioners house is much decayed, and that the<lb></lb>
old Materials of the Said old house (if taken down) will make a brick<lb></lb>
