<p n="1845">This Court doth not proceed to Sign the Said Bench warrant It<lb></lb>
being understood from the Said Justices that the Said Liberty<lb></lb>
would pay the moneys assessed thereupon by the Said Rate,</p>

of such County Pentioners<lb></lb>
who have not applyed<lb></lb>
for a considerable time<lb></lb>
to receive their Pentions<lb></lb>
(it being Supposed that<lb></lb>
they are dead) amongst<lb></lb>
the Surviving Pentioners<lb></lb>
if application be not<lb></lb>
made by Michmas 1742}</note>
Information being given unto this Court that divers persons<lb></lb>
(who<del>have</del>
were formerly admitted as maimed Soldiers or<lb></lb>

of this County, and as Such allowed yearly County<lb></lb>
pentions to be respectively paid them by quarterly payments<lb></lb>
by the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55601_occ2552">Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers</rs>
<interp inst="LMSMGO55601_occ2552" type="occupation" value="Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers"></interp>
& Mariners of the Said<lb></lb>
County) have not applyed quarterly for a considerable time<lb></lb>
past unto the present Treasurer of this County to be paid their<lb></lb>
respective County Pentions, So that it may be reasonably<lb></lb>
Supposed that Such County Pentioners (who have made<lb></lb>
default in not applying to receive their Said Pentions as they<lb></lb>
were Formerly went to do) are dead, And the Said present<lb></lb>
Treasurer praying the direction of this Court how the<lb></lb>
moneys allowed as Pentions to Such of the Said County<lb></lb>
Pentioners (who have made default in not applying to<lb></lb>
receive the Same as aforesaid) Shall be disposed of, It is<lb></lb>
Ordered by this Court that in case the Said County Pentioners<lb></lb>
who have made default in not applying as aforesaid Shall<lb></lb>
not apply by Michaelmas day now next ensueing to receive<lb></lb>
their respective pentions then payable That then the Said<lb></lb>
