, And as
to the Said repaires above Specifyed in the Said Report
which are necessary to be done to the said Keeper's Dwelling
house and premisses above mentioned This Court is
of opinion And doth direct that assoon as there Shall be
Sufficient money in the Treasures hands which can be
conveniently Spared for this purpose the Said repairs
Shall be done & performed, And the Court will give further
direction touching the Same,

in the Said County was indebted to the Said Clerk of
the peace in a
considerationconsiderable Sum of money
for moneys received by the Said

for the use of
the Said Clerk of the peace upon account of fees due to him
upon the Calendars for Several years last past, And that the
Said

upon his being appointed Governor
& Keeper
of the Said House of Correction gave Bond for his paying to the Clerk
of the peace of this County for the time being or his Deputy all
Such Sum & Sums of money as he the Said

his Servant
or Servants Should receive for the use of the
Said Clerk of the peace and also for his paying to the Sheriff
of this County for the time being or his Agent all Such Sum &
Sums of money as he the Said

or Servants Should receive for any Fine or Fines Setor
assessed by the Court of Sessions of the peace for the Said County
upon any prisoner or prisoners comitted to his Custody
uponas Keeper of the Said House of Correction
, And the
Clerk of the peace praying that the Said money which is
due to him from the Said

the Said Clerk of the peace out of the moneys which
the Court of Sessions Shall allow to the Executors of the Said

for his passing & releiving of Vagabonds
pursuant to a late Act of parliament in Such case made, It
