Commissioners of his Majesty's Treasury are to give the<lb></lb>
necessary Directions to the Commissioners of his Majesty's<lb></lb>
Customs accordingly. And their Excellencies have thought<lb></lb>
fit, by and with the Advice of his Majesty's Privy Council, to<lb></lb>
order that the Custodes Rotulorum of the Several County's<lb></lb>
and Divisions in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55601_geo1639">England</rs>
<interp inst="LMSMGO55601_geo1639" type="placeName" value="England"></interp>
<interp inst="LMSMGO55601_geo1639" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
and Wales, do recommend it in<lb></lb>
the Strongest Manner to the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55601_occ2077">Justices of the peace</rs>

in their<lb></lb>
respective Places and Jurisdictions, cause the Said Act of the<lb></lb>
fifth and Sixth of Edward the Sixth, and all other the Laws<lb></lb>
against the Forestalling, Regrating, and Ingrossing Corn &<lb></lb>
Grain, to be Speedily and effectually carried into Execution,<lb></lb>
and that they do take care that no Licence be granted to<lb></lb>
any Badger, Lader, Kidder, Carrier, or Buyer of Corn or Grain,<lb></lb>
but according to the Directions of the Said Act of the Fifth &<lb></lb>
Sixth of Edward the Sixth, and other the Acts relating<lb></lb>
thereto, and that they take care that all Offenders against<lb></lb>
the Said Acts be effectually prosecuted according to Law.</p>
