in the Said County for the year one thousand Seven<lb></lb>
hundred and thirty three, for their trouble & expences in<lb></lb>
passing & releiving of Vagrants, for payment whereof<lb></lb>
they exhibited their petition to the Court of Sessions of the<lb></lb>
peace for this County, It appeareth to this Court by the Said<lb></lb>
Report that the Said Justices did take into consideration<lb></lb>
the aforesaid petition, And did find that the parish<lb></lb>
of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55601_geo592">St. Giles in the feilds</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMGO55601_geo592" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
have not paid towards the said<lb></lb>
Vagrant Rate the three Rates made by this Court in<lb></lb>
the years 1729:1731: & 1735 Therefore the Committee<lb></lb>
conceive the Said parish Officers Should not receive any<lb></lb>
benefit by that Rate as they desire by the prayer of the<lb></lb>
said petition, And that the said Committee by their Said<lb></lb>
Report humbly Certify that the petrs. Should apply to<lb></lb>
their parishioners for payment of all Such Sum & Sums<lb></lb>
of money that are due to them for passing and<lb></lb>
releiving of Vagrants, and to deduct So much money<lb></lb>
as the Petrs. pray to be paid by lawfull Certificates<lb></lb>
out of the Said Rate to their said Officers out of the<lb></lb>
arrears of the Vagrant Rate that has been due to<lb></lb>
this County upon the Several Rates aforesaid<lb></lb>
And that the Said parishoners of the Said parish<lb></lb>

Committee And Doth agree to the Report aforesaid.</p>

Sessions of the peace for this County Shall beginn<lb></lb>
