collecting the aforesaid moneys assessed upon the Several
parishes, hamlets & places within their respective Districts
the Said petty Constables will be presented & Indicted for Such
their default, And It is further Ordered by this Court that
the Said high Constables respectively doe personally attend
and give an account in writing to the Court of the next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for this
County by adjornment at Hicks hall in St. John Street in
the Said County on Thursday the eleventh day of January
next at eleven of the clock in the forenoon of the Same day
of what the Said high Constables Shall have done respectively
in pursuance of this Order and of what Sume & Sumes of
money they have or Shall have respectively received
and from whom, and for what parishes hamlets or
places, for the purposes aforesaid or any of them, and what
petty Constables Shall have made default in not assessing
levying or collecting or paying the aforesaid moneys
assessed upon the Severall parishes hamlets & places
within their respective Districts, or any part thereof, or in
not giving an account at Such Special or Petty Sessions
as aforesaid of what Sume & Sumes of money they have or
Shall have reced respectively for the purposes aforesaid or
any of them.

Ossulston in this County doe personally attend the Court
of the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be

County by adjornment on Thursday the eleventh day of
January next at eleven of the clock in the forenoon of the
Same day to Shew cause why he hath not obeyed and
performed an Order made by the Court of the last General
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this County by
Adjornment on Thursday the twelfth day of October last
