P Ann (in respect of the Additionall ground taken in<lb></lb>
by removing the Toll posts at the upper end of the Hay-<lb></lb>
Market as aforesaid) amounting together to Seventy<lb></lb>
four pounds P Ann for which he is to new pave the<lb></lb>
East Side of the said <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55600_geo1474">Hay market</rs>

good large rags making use of the large rags left<lb></lb>
out on the East Side, and to maintain the same in good<lb></lb>
repaire from Easter day One thousand Seven hundred<lb></lb>
and thirty for the terme of one and twenty years<lb></lb>
from thence next ensueing, and to leave the same<lb></lb>
in good & Substantiall repaire at the end of the said<lb></lb>
terme which Sume of Seventy four pounds P Ann is<lb></lb>
to be Subject to a deduction of the expence for repairing<lb></lb>
Such part of the pavement as shall or may be<lb></lb>
repaired by order of any Committee of Justices of the<lb></lb>
peace of this County toties quoties in case the said John<lb></lb>
Mist shall neglect to repaire the same within Six days<lb></lb>
after notice in writing given to or left for him to<lb></lb>
repaire the Same, And this Court doth Order & direct<lb></lb>
