Justices who presented the said Address<lb></lb>
(though in a Resolution of the Court made<lb></lb>
in July Sessions last It was Resolved that<lb></lb>
the said Address Should be presented to his<lb></lb>
Majestie only by the Chairman of the Court<lb></lb>
attended by the Body of the Justices of the<lb></lb>
Peace of the said County which Address<lb></lb>
was accordingly presented by the Chairman<lb></lb>
only in that manner) This Court upon the<lb></lb>
said Debate Did unanimously express and<lb></lb>
delare the highest Resentment of the said<lb></lb>
proceeding and doth look upon the same and<lb></lb>
the manner of doing it (which was by a<lb></lb>
