his own Cost and Charges conveyed several Vagrants and still <lb></lb>
doth keep a Horse for that purpose and can perform that service <lb></lb>
cheaper than the same is now done, And that the petitioner is <lb></lb>
desireous and willing to maintain the great charge of his Family <lb></lb>
by his labour and diligence and verily believes he might have <lb></lb>
succeed the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55600_n216-1">John Hewett</rs>

and that the said Mackeris may be debarred from acting,<lb></lb>
And that the petitioner may be appointed by this Court to <lb></lb>
pass the said Vagrants, Whereupon it is Ordered by this Court <lb></lb>
that the consideration of the matters contained in the said <lb></lb>
petition be adjourned untill the County day in the next Generall <lb></lb>
Sessions of the peace to be holden for this County (to witt) Thursday <lb></lb>
the ninth day of December next at three of the Clock in the <lb></lb>
