Court of the then next General Quarter Sessions of the peace for
this County, Now upon Information given unto this Court that the
said Comittee have not so farr proceeded upon the said Order so as
yet to make their Report thereupon, It is Ordered by this Court
that the time limitted by the said order for transacting the
matters therein contained be enlarged untill the next General
Sessions of the peace to be holden for this County, And that the
said Comittee be and they are hereby authorized to make their
Report in pursuance of the said Order at the same Sessions.

pay £2 to Mr Seymour
or his Wife for coals}

It is Ordered by this Court that John Waller< no role > Gent Deputy Clerk
of the peace of this County do pay unto Christopher Seymour< no role >
Gent Housekeeper of Hicks hall and Cryer of this Court or Frances
his Wife for his use the Sume of two pounds for coals by him
provided for the Dineing Rooms At Hicks hall for one year ending
at Lady day one thousand seven hundred and twenty five, And
that the said Sume shall be allowed to the said Mr Waller upon
his accompt.

Whereas William Murden< no role > Gent high Constable within the Hundred
of Elthorne in this County hath served the said Office for the
space of three Years And Forasmuch as it is contrary to the tenor
and express direction of an Order made at the General Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden for this County by Adjornment on
Thursday the fifteenth day of January one thousand seven
hundred and eighteen that any high Constable in this County
should continue in his Office above the space of three years, It
is Ordered by this Court that Edward Room< no role > Gent inhabiting
within the said Hundred be and he is hereby appointed high
Constable within the same Hundred in the room and place
of the said William Murden< no role > And this Court doth Order that
the said Edward Room< no role > do forthwith after notice hereof attend
one of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County residing
in or near the said Hundred and take his Oath for his due
execucon of the Office of high Constable within the same
Hundred And from and after the time of his haveing taken such
Oath the said Willliam Murden< no role > is to be discharged from his
said Office of high Constable.

Memd.

that the high and petty Constables are to take the Oaths
in three Months time at the Quarter Sessions.

The like

Order, mutatis mutandis, for appointing Edward Tickner< no role > Gent high
Constable of the Hundred of Istleworth in the room of William
Sherborne Gent.

The like

Order, mutatis mutandis, for appointing Thomas Roffee< no role > Gent
high Constable within the Hundred of Spelthorne in the room of
John Hatchett< no role > Gent .
