Order whereby an
Order, formerly made
for high Constables not
to continue above 3
Years in their Office is
to be a Standing Order
of the Court,

Whereas by Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the Peace holden for this County by adjornment on
Thursday the fifteenth day of January one Thousand
Seven hundred and eighteen It was Ordered that noe
High Constable in this County should thereafter continue
in his Office of high Constable above the Space of Three
Yeares, It is Ordered by this Court that the aforesaid
Order shall be a Standing Order of the Court, Nemine
Contradicente,

Vacated by Order of 25 Feb 1762. Lil F. fo 111.

Order touching the
making & reversal
not Standing Orders,

It is Ordered by this Court (Nemine contradicente) that
noe Order to be hereafter made by the Court of Generall
Quarter or Generall Sessions of the Peace for this County shall
be esteemed a Standing Order of the Court unless it be proposed
and agreed to on the County day in one Sessions, and be confirmed
on the County day in the then next ensueing Sessions, And
that noe Standing Order already made or which hereafter
shall be made shall be reversed or discharged or in
any wise altered unless the reversall or alteration of
such Order be proposed and agreed to on the County day in
one Sessions and be confirmed on the County day in the then
next ensueing Sessions

Order touching the
delivering Coppys
of Standing Orders
to the Chairman Etc

It is ordered by this Court (nemine contradicente) That all
Standing Orders to be hereafter made by the Court of Generall
Quarter or Generall Sessions of the Peace for this County
shall be Signed by the Chairman for the time being and that
Coppys thereof shall for the future be deliveredbyto the
Chairman , and be by him delivered over to the Succeeding
Chairman of the Court and that Coppys of all Standing Orders
already made be delivered to the present Chairman
