Whereas in pursuance of an Order made at the
General Sessions of the peace holden for this County by
adjornment on Thursday the Third day of September in the
Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Nineteen
Upon the Report of a Committee of the Majesty's Justices of
the Peace dated the thirteenth day of August then last
A Lease was drawn of part of the Corporation Workhouse
at Clerkenwell in this County and of the Buildings and Appurto [..]
thereunto belonging formerly in the tenure of Sir Thomas Rowe< no role >
Knight , which John Bellers< no role > John Freame< no role > and Daniel
Vandewall had on behalf of themselves and others
applyed for to his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this County
in Order to have a Term of Ninety Nine Years to be thereof
granted by the Trustees of this County comenceing from
Michaelmas one thousand seven hundred and Nineteen
unto them the said John Bellers< no role > John Freame< no role > and Daniel
Vandewall or such other sufficient Persons as Should be
nominated for that purpose, And Whereas the Court of
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this County
by adjournment on Thursday the twenty eighth day of Aprill
one thousand seven hundred and twenty Upon reading the
Draught of the said Lease and upon Consideration had
thereof and of the Covenants and Agreements therein
contained Did approve of the same, And did think fitt
