in<lb></lb>
this County exhibited his humble petition unto this Court<lb></lb>
on Tuesday the twenty seventh day of August instant<lb></lb>
settingforth that one of the main brick Walls in the said <lb></lb>
prison is so very ruinous and in danger of falling that not only<lb></lb>
the persons passing by the same daily to the house of the said<lb></lb>
prison go in great danger of their lives, but the prisoners there<lb></lb>
who usuall walk in the Yard (upon the falling thereof) must<lb></lb>
inevitably make their escapes, And that the Inner Gate of<lb></lb>
the said prison and also part of the Garden Walls there are<lb></lb>
much fall'n to decay and in great want of being repaired<lb></lb>
to prevent escapes, And the petitioner therefore praying<lb></lb>
that the same may be viewed by such a Comittee as this<lb></lb>
Court shall appoint that the same may be repaired to<lb></lb>
prevent further danger, It was by Order made by this<lb></lb>
