This Court being informed by severall Inhitants of this County,<lb></lb>
That notwithstanding the severall complaints by them made to his<lb></lb>
now Maties Justices of the peace for the sd County against such<lb></lb>
persons as daily Committ. great nusances in the publick Streets<lb></lb>
within the Weekly Bills of Mortality in this County by opening<lb></lb>
their Collar doors, and bringing their Shop boards into the footway<lb></lb>
and by driveing Wheelbarrows, and by placeing of Stalls, Chairs, Stand<lb></lb>
Wheelbarrows, basketts of fruit and other Goods in the publick Streets<lb></lb>
Lanes and Passages, and of other such like offences, and against<lb></lb>
such Inhabitants of this County, Who suffer the pavements before<lb></lb>
their doors to be in<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
decay for want of repair, and alsoe<lb></lb>
agt. the petty Constables and Headboroughs of this County Who<lb></lb>
permitt and suffer severall cole and disorderly persons to assemble<lb></lb>
in the publick Streets, Lanes and Passages and to sing & disperse<lb></lb>
seditions Songs Ballads & pamphletts reflecting on his Matie &<lb></lb>
his Government, and Alsoe permitt severall Inhabitants within<lb></lb>
this County to keep Gameing Houses and disorderly Victualling<lb></lb>
Houses and to entertain Severall lewd & disorderly<del>Victualling<lb></lb>
Houses</del>
persons at unseasonable Hours, and alsoe permitt severall<lb></lb>
Persons blind Lame or pretending soe to be and others with<lb></lb>
distorted Limbs or pretending to some bodily infirmity to blow<lb></lb>
themselves to beg in the Streets Highways or passages to the great annoyance<lb></lb>
and danger of his Maties Subjects passing along the Streets and Highways<lb></lb>
upon their lawfull occacons, and in Condempt of severall acts of<lb></lb>
Parliament in such cases made and of the penalties therein contained<lb></lb>
and of severall Orders made at the Generall and Quarter Sessions of the<lb></lb>
peace held for this County<del>presenting to the this Court</del>
For that the sd.<lb></lb>
Constables and Headboroughs have been renass in their duty in<lb></lb>
observance of the sd. Orders, and not carrying the Offenders before one<lb></lb>
or more of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County to be<lb></lb>
punished according to their Demerritts; And upon reading of a<lb></lb>
presentment made unto this Court by the Grand Jury for this County<lb></lb>
respresenting to this Court That of late there have been, and still<lb></lb>
daily are divers loose idle and disorderly Boys who wander about<lb></lb>
in Severall Streets and passages within the weekly Bills of<lb></lb>
Mortality in this County under pretence of cleaning Shoes, and<lb></lb>
with the money they get Hereby frequently Game using at their<lb></lb>
Games most bitter Oaths and execrations and that they humbly<lb></lb>
conceived them<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
to be Vagrants, and for the most part Theives<lb></lb>
or their Spies and thereby very dangerous and prejudiciall to his<lb></lb>
Maties Subjects, and a nusance lately to increase, of not timely<lb></lb>
prevented, and that they hoped this Court would make an Order</p>
