Oath and saith That in or about the Month of [..] February last a
Paper Writing hereunto annexed was left at this Deponents House in Old Fish Street
aforesaid purporting to be a Summons for William Poole< no role >
to appear at Justice
Hall
in the Old Bailey
on the twenty fifth day if February then next But this
deponent not conceiving he had any thing to do with the said Summons as it was
not directed to him took no Notice of the same and this Deponent
Saith that
to the best of this Deponents knowledge or belief no other Notice or Summons
whatever was delivered to or left at this Deponents House for this deponent to
serve as a Juror at the Sessions held at Justice Hall
in February last But
this Deponent
saith that on or about the sixth day of October Instant
this Deponent
received a Notice directed to William Bond< no role >
from Mr Shelton
that as the Sessions held at Justices Hall
in February last this Deponent
was
fined Five Ponds for neglecting to attend as a Juror as the said Sessions
