Who being upon Oath severally say and first the

for himself says that on the
19th. day of May last his Saddle Bags were cut
open in his Lodgings in Falcon Square
and
thirty five Guineas one Gold Watch one Silver
Watch twelve Shirts and twelve Handkerchiefs
were stolen therein And the said Robert Craig< no role >
for himself further says that the Silver Watch
now produced by the said David Gordon< no role >
and
the Five Shirts Five Pocket Handkerchiefs six
Neck Handkerchiefs one pair of Stockings and
[..] oat now produced by the said
John Shallard< no role >
are his Property and were
feloniously stolen from him as aforesaid And
the said Mary Hamilton< no role >
for herself says that
the Person now present who calls himself
