That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or order under
the hands and Seals of the Worshipful

Two of the Aldermen
of the said City
of London
and Two of his Majesties of the Peace Acting in
and for the said City bearing date the Twelfth day of December
last past

was conveyed from the Parish
of Saint Martin in Ironmonger Lane
in the said City of
London to the said Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden
as the
place of his last legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved And against the said
Pass Warrant or orders Do Appeal to this Court
Your Petitioners therefore pray this Court will
be pleased to appoint a Day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining the
said Appeal and that all personsonconcerned
may be then directed to Attend
And your Petitioners shall pray Etc
