with his (Depts.) Daur; that the deced came up and inquired what was<lb></lb>
the matter and dept informed him, upon which the deced immedy. struck<lb></lb>
Millan with his fist & sayed to him Come out I will teacher you"; and<lb></lb>
said Millan and the deced went into the middle of the Lane & after<lb></lb>
a very few blows between them Millan struck the deced down by a blow<lb></lb>
given to him on his Stomach, and Dept and another Man helped him<lb></lb>
up and carried him to his Lodging & he died directly. Dept believes the<lb></lb>
deced and said Millan had never known each other before.</p>

would not use his Daur ill, and the deced came up at same time and asked<lb></lb>
Depts Husband what was the matter who told him, and the deced then<lb></lb>
struck said Millan on which Millan sayed "What will stroke such Month<lb></lb>
"as me? will you take two of us?" Deced replied "Jane" & at some time<lb></lb>
the deced & Millan ought together & the deced fell backwards & was<lb></lb>
