the Landlord sayed he could leather the deced, & the deced replied he<lb></lb>
could not, on which the Landlord layed hold of the deced & threw him<lb></lb>
down; that the deced got up, & the Landlord immedy. laid hold of him<lb></lb>
and threw him down again, & the deced while he was down sayed his<lb></lb>
leg was broken, and the landlord directly ran to him, seized him by the<lb></lb>
hair of his head, and struck him with his right fist several times on<lb></lb>
