if he could write, that he sayd he could not, and that he<lb></lb>
had executed no Power but to Hodge, Lock then sayd<lb></lb>
he would produce Mr. Hines the Prisoner, and Page<lb></lb>
threatened Lock with a Prosecution if Hines was not <lb></lb>
produced</p>
