Middlesex OathBroker and Lewis Evans< no role > Sarvants taken this 23rd day of March 1787

Who being on Oath says on Wednesday last between the Hours of Five and Six
in the Afternoon he saw the person presenttakenwho says his Name is John Young< no role >
lurking about his House who at first he did not suspect. That on hearing a Noice
as if some Copper was drawing along the stones he looked and saw the said John
Young running away with the Copper produced which isthethe property of this Informant
and of the Value of Ten Shillings Says he pursued and took him with the said
Copper Lewis Evans< no role > on his Oath Says he saw the said John Young< no role > take the
said Copper from the front of his said Masters house and run away with the same
and likewise his said Master pursue and take him
