On the said Trial and that the said William Mapplebeck< no role >
did procure his Attendance in London from She Field in Yorkhire
as this deponent believes purposely to give Evidence on the
Trial of this Cause and this deponent Saith he this deponent
hath engaged to pay the said William Mapplebeck< no role > What
he Shall pay to the said Shirley Priddle for his Attendance and
this deponent Saith the said Lewis Shirley< no role > Priddle was in
London Several days but how long this deponent cannot Set
forth and the said William Mapplebeck< no role > hath demanded of this
deponent fourteen Guineas to pay to the said Lewis Shirley< no role >
Priddle but this deponent Waived Such payment until the
Costo taxed under the order of adjournment on payment of
Costs and then this deponent promised to pay what Should
be allowed he this deponent having after Such Motion and
before Trial declined to Call the said Lewis Shirley< no role > Priddle
and given him Notice to that Effect he this deponent having
discovered a Connection between him and William Priddle< no role >
the Sollicitor and as this deponent believes the principal
prosecutor of this Indictment And this deponent Saith
that he paid one pound thirteen Shillings and four Pence
for the Expences at the Coffee house the morning of the
said adjournment being made And this deponent paid to
the said John Lock< no role > John Berne< no role > and Ralph Potts< no role > for
